overcome the acnes


Haloooooo..
Its so long time I didnt post here again, I miss U all bloggeeeeeeeeeers..

A little sharing, Ive a problem with miss acne ugh !! Especially when I got menstru, there will be acnes in my face. Hhuuhu, how pity I am.
Accidentally, when I am googling about landscape picture, I found an article about some tips to overcome the acnes. Okay, here we go.

1. Eat garlic
Garlic can destroy harmful bacteria in the pores of the skin. Besides garlic also works to increase the immune system, including the skin. So that acne can be prevented.

2. Irradiate the skin to the sun
The skin needs sunlight in order to awake his health so that the cells can be completely active. Let the skin exposed to sunlight in the morning at least 15 minutes every day.

3. Exercise and adequate sleep
Stress that you experience every day will also trigger an imbalance of hormones and ends on acne. Exercise and enough sleep will help your body re-stabilize your hormones.

4. Wash face with warm water
